back to the gym...

I used to go to the gym nearly every day. Since starting grad school last summer, I have gotten out of the habit of regular workouts. With summer right around the corner, I need to get back into running and working out again. I miss it.

I know I have said this all before, but starting today, I am going to commit to at least working out three times a week (even with my crazy summer grad school class schedule). I am a disciplined person. I know I can do this.

Here's my game plan:

Monday: yoga + run after work + gym

Wednesday: yoga + run

Friday or Saturday: run + gym

Sunday: yoga before Church + a walk with the dog after dinner

I'll keep y'all posted on my progress. Wish me luck!
