Happy Easter!

Matt and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen last weekend. Here's what was on the menu for Easter:

dinner: ham, mashed potatoes, salad, chicken & rice, green bean casserole, corn, biscuits, & Matt's famous Spanish dish - tortilla.

dessert: german chocolate cake, cupcakes, apple pie, blueberry pie, and our 3 layer brownie cake.

Here's a pic of the DELICIOUS  3 layer brownie cake. I was so proud of how well it turned out. Everyone loved it.

And Matt's tortilla...yum!
