If you're like me, sometimes you need a little motivation. If these don't make you want to get out of bed, lace up your sneakers, and sweat your rear off, try looking through some fitness magazines and create a kick a*$ (literally) playlist for your workouts. Those always do the trick for me. Happy sweating, crunching, running, and pushing weights!

Love these! I have the hardest time getting up early in the morning to work out.
new follower and i love ur blog.. and its sooo hard to get up and go. i go at night and its easier for me!
Awe...glad you enjoy my blog. I try to fit workouts in whenever I can. I used to workout consistently every day after work, but with grad school now, that's a little more difficult.
