Run

I just love this . . .

We run to undo the damage we've done to body and spirit. We run to find some part of ourselves yet undiscovered. --John Bingha

Running is such a great all-over body exercise. It works so many different muscles at once. I was in the best shape ever when I ran 3x/week, at least. I'd recommend, if you plan to continue running, to start off slowly. Don't try to run a 5K your first week of running. It's also not about how fast you run. A good steady pace is good to have.Try running for 20 minutes straight a few times/week, then pick it up to 30 min the next week. When I run, I try to run different routes, so I don't become bored and my body endures different hills, etc....again, to work different muscles differently. Good luck and happy running!
